Brewed with spelt, Brett Saison is a Saison that has been dry-hopped and fermented with additional Brettanomyces. The 5.3% ABV gives it a blond, opalescent appearance and a creamy, long-lasting foam. This beer is highly aromatic and has a fruity nose with notes of pineapple, quince, apricot, and gooseberry. (330ml Bottle)
