Winter Mess is a charming dark beer with a mahogany colour. Her foam is beige and creamy, and it forms an unctuous head. Her flavours develop succulent notes of caramel, biscuit, and chocolate, together with fruity nuances of candied mandarine and black berries (mulberries and blackcurrant). Her finish is dry, for she does not contain any residual sugars. Her relative sweetness comes exclusively from her alcohol content and from her malty notes. The ensemble is lifted up by a long and powerful bitterness.
