      Versus is a two part series where we explore the differences between two NEIPA yeasts, while keeping the process and all other ingredients the same. For Hue, we used White Labs’ London Fog yeast. For Hew, we used Lallemand’s Verdant yeast. Both have a luxurious dry-hop of Citra, El Dorado and Chinook. In Hue we experience stone fruit, a fluffy mouthfeel and a sweeter finish.
