Pivot is our 4.5% one off Pale Ale. Our unique take on a Manchester Pale Ale, a style that became the staple of the region thanks, in part, to the soft water we enjoy from the Lake District. This is, Pale Ale meets Lager. We add pilsner malt to the bill to help keep it crisp whilst blending aromatic, German hallertau mandarina hops along with British chinook to deliver a full flavoured pale with tangerine and piney citrus flavours with the refreshment you should expect from us.
