It’s baaaaack! After a year in the wilderness, Lo-Fi rocks back up to the Polly’s party! A celebration of all things low bitterness and high juice, and named for our favourite type of music to kick back and relax to after a long day’s brewing, we’ve smashed together two of our favourite IPA hop combos in Citra Columbus and Mosaic Simcoe to form an almighty frankenstein’s monster of a DIPA. Expect stone fruits, ripe mango, clementine, and grapefruit in this behemoth beer, perfect for those long, long summer evenings. Mega haze, mega juice, mega Polly’s.
