Sourced from selected plots of Glera grapes grown in the northeastern region of Treviso, with the addition of 10% Pinot Noir from the DOC region, resulting in a beautiful color and flavor. These grapes are hand harvested at optimal ripeness to achieve the perfect balance of aromatics and acidity. After gentle pneumatic pressing, the wine undergoes a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. The second fermentation occurs in pressure tanks, where the wine ages on lees for two months. This Prosecco Rosé is a fresh and delicately fruity wine with aromatic notes of red berries and flowers. On the palate, it is vibrant with ripe strawberry and raspberry flavours and finishes with a clean, refreshing taste.
