You can check your current points status and how to earn rewards via our Loyalty Rewards Widget, just click on the blue circle "E" button thats floats at the bottom right of the screen.

Rewards Loyalty Program FAQs
You will start to earn points as you spend online. You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent with our online store.
Once you are logged in you can see how many points you have accrued and how far you are off redeeming your reward in our Rewards Loyalty Widget, this can be seen by clicking on the blue circle "E" button that floats in the bottom right of the screen when on our website. Click the Earn tab within the widget to see how you can earn additional points on top of your spending.

If you check the Loyalty Widget you can see how you can earn additional points on top of your spending. You can see your Loyalty Widget by clicking on the blue circle "E" button that floats in the bottom right of the screen when on our website. To see the options, click the 'Earn' tab within the widget.
Points will last for 365 days if not redeemed, you will receive reminder emails 30 days and 1 day before they expire so you can redeem your rewards. A customer's points will only expire if they have not shopped or redeemed a reward within the 365 day period. For example, if a customer makes a purchase in March 2021 and does not make a purchase or redeem any points before February 2022, they will receive the notification email that their points will expire. The customer's points will only expire if the customer is completely inactive for the entire duration of the expiry period.
Unfortunately all points accrued online can only be redeemed and used with our online store, they cannot be redeemed in our high street stores.
All online points will have started from 8pm on the 01/03/21 as this is when we first integrated the Loyalty Program into our website, unfortunately any online purchases prior to this date will not have earned online points.
Once you have accrued the specified amount of points you can then redeem these via our rewards widget, you will then be sent an email with your rewards code that can be redeemed at checkout. You can also view all claimed rewards and discounts in the loyalty widget.
You can earn 100 points when your friend makes their first purchase as a new customer, and your friend can get 10% off on their first purchase. In the Loyalty Widget, go to the Earn tab and click Refer A Friend, then share that link with your friend. Your friend will then receive an email with their unique discount code that can be redeemed online.
You will not earn points when you purchase our Epicurean online Gifts Cards, but the customer using the Gift Voucher will earn points when they spend their online Gift Voucher.
