Cancellation policy

Beer Club Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Our current packages are on a rolling monthly basis. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Our cut off date is the 4th of the month for same month delivery, so any subscription orders placed after the 4th of the month will be delivered in the following month.  All Beer Club deliveries are made in the second to third week of the month.

To clarify, if a subscription order (Beer Club or Gift Subscription) is placed on the 5th of March - this subscription package will not be delivered until the second to third week of April.

Any additional items ordered at the same time as your subscription order will be delivered with your Monthly Subscription Box. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

All gift subscriptions are paid up front in full, gifted subscriptions are transferable but none refundable.

Online discount codes cannot be used with our subscription products unless stated otherwise.
