This tropical stout deconstructs traditional barrel-ageing through a sophisticated blend of components: bourbon-aged cacao nibs, used barrel staves, and infused Cypress wood. At 8.4% ABV, the result is a richly layered, unbarrelled expression that captures barrel-aged complexity without conventional conditioning. Each element contributes distinct character, the cacao provides indulgent depth, the staves add subtle oak influence, and the Cypress wood introduces aromatic nuance. A masterclass in ingredient-driven flavour development within the Caribbean Chocolate Cake lineage.
