Pressure Drop Brewing
Pressure Drop Brewing Overview
Pressure Drop Brewing is known for its diverse portfolio of IPAs, pale ales, and stouts, along with experimental brews that push the boundaries of traditional beer styles. The brewery’s team is passionate about creating unique flavour profiles by using innovative brewing techniques and sourcing the finest ingredients.
Popular Beers from Pressure Drop Brewing
1. Pressure Drop, Gossip, New England IPA, 6.5%: Gossip is a hazy New England IPA brewed with Citra, Citra Lupomax, Cryo Krush and Vic Secret. Bursting with soft citrus, tropical fruit and a hazy hum buzzing in the background. Some beers start conversations. This one is the conversation.
2. Pressure Drop, The Gradients, New England Pale Ale, 5.6%: As long as there are birds in the sky, and hops on the vines, we will continue to try out new hop combinations for our soft & juicy pale ales. Vic Secret and Citra are the chosen two in The Gradients. Brewed with London Fog yeast, the results are peachy and piney, with subtle melon aromas and a subtle bitterness. The name was inspired by a train journey on the south coast, looking out to sea and appreciating the gradients within.
3. Pressure Drop, Slow Blink, New England IPA, 7.4%: Peach hits first: full, ripe, delicious. Then comes pine- like a deep breath at the edge of the forest. And right at the end a hint of blueberry in the background. Hazy, heavy, smooth. You look up. No one’s moved. Time slows. You blink.
