Witkap Pater Stimulo (Alc. 6% vol.) is a refreshing golden top-fermented beer with re-fermentation in the bottle or in the barrel - a living beer with taste evolution. Poured according to the rules of the art, a rich, white and stable head is obtained. In the nose one experiences the floral, floral of the local hops from Erembodegem near Aalst, and intense fruity yeast aromas specific to the Witkap·Pater. No other herbs are used. When tasting, one gets a taste sensation ranging from a velvety mouthfeel via a refreshing experience to a delicious hop-bitter aftertaste. This beer is very digestive and unique in the Belgian beer landscape.
