If you know your wines, not a lot of guesswork required to identify this crisp offering: 75% Verdejo and 25% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Wines n’ Roses organic vineyards are situated in Toledo, on poor soils, of red and clay earth, with the yields per hectare being pretty low. They don’t carry out any treatments for disease or insects, as they look to provide the perfect place for sincere, sustainable and ecological winegrowing.
Tasting notes: Clean and intense aromas of tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus fruits with balsamic and mineral notes. Fresh, balanced, with the body and crispness characteristic of these varieties.
Recommended with all types of seafood, fish, starters, light and rice dishes, being the perfect combination with the ‘Mediterranean diet’.
