Our flagship crafted beer; an organic lager produced on our organic farm brewery for over twenty years. A blonde style crisp organic lager made with lager malt, Hallertau Tradition & Pacific Gem hops and our house ale yeast. It’s top fermented, lagered for up to 8 weeks and is entirely unique.
Flavour: biscuit, herbal, crisp.
Aroma: grassy, mineral.
