Six Halloween Beers to Haunt Your Fridge This Spooky Season
October 29, 2026
Halloween isn’t just for sweets, scary films and pretending you’re “only having one” at a fancy-dress party. It’s also the perfect excuse to crack open something a little darker, weirder and more deliciously unhinged than your usual fridge regular.
This year, we’ve gathered six Halloween-themed beers from Vault City and Rivington Brewing Co. that are ready to bring some serious flavour to spooky season. There are pumpkin-pie sours, blueberry latte tang, tropical-hop monsters, a s’mores-inspired stout, and because ordinary beer cans were clearly too sensible, a lemon-and-lime gose with a glow-in-the-dark can.
Whether your ideal Halloween involves a full-on house party, a horror-film marathon or hiding from trick-or-treaters with the curtains drawn, there’s a suitably sinister beer here for you.
Vault City: Sweet, Sour and Seriously Spooky
Vault City has never been one to play it safe with flavour. Their Halloween trio takes the season’s cosiest and creepiest ideas, then turns the volume all the way up.

All Things Nice
First up: a pumpkin pie dessert sour that really does deliver on the “nice” part. All Things Nice is packed with autumnal comfort: apple, pumpkin, vanilla, brown sugar, maple and caramelised pecans. It’s sweet, rich and spiced without feeling like someone has melted a scented candle into your beer.
Think of it as the grown-up answer to raiding the dessert table after Sunday lunch. The apple and pumpkin bring the seasonal charm, while the maple drizzle and pecan finish make every sip feel like you should be wearing a knit jumper - even if you’re actually in pyjamas watching a questionable slasher sequel.
At 6.3%, it has enough oomph to feel like a proper treat, but it’s smooth enough to make “just one more sip” a dangerously easy phrase to say.

Boo Berry
Pumpkin spice is everywhere at this time of year, and frankly, it needs a bit of a fright. Boo Berry does exactly that, pairing juicy blueberry with creamy vanilla and warming cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
This is pumpkin spice season with a ghostly glow-up: jammy, fruity and indulgent, with enough spice to keep things interesting. At 8%, it is also very much not messing around. It may taste like a cosy Halloween dessert, but it has the confidence of a haunted house actor who has been waiting all night for someone to scream.
If your usual Halloween order is anything with a creamy, fruity or spice-led twist, Boo Berry is the one to reach for. Just don’t blame us if your flatmate mysteriously “tries a sip” and then drains half the can.

Gose Bumps 2: Return of the (S)Lime
Some beers whisper. This one arrives in bright green slime and announces itself from the other side of the room.
Gose Bumps 2: Return of the (S)Lime is a lemon-and-lime gose that brings sharp citrus, mouth-watering tartness and just the right amount of Halloween chaos. Fresh lime, lemon juice and zest make it brilliantly zippy and refreshing, while its 4.5% ABV means it is a very easy companion for a long night of spooky snacks and jump scares.
Then there’s the can. Its glow-in-the-dark ink adds a little extra theatre to proceedings. To charge it, hold it within 10cm of a lamp or non-LED light for 15 minutes, then take it into a completely dark room and enjoy the show. It’s the closest most of us will get to being a mad scientist, without having to clean glowing goo off the ceiling.
Bright, tart and almost certainly the most fun thing in your fridge, this is a must for anyone who likes their sour beers sharp, citrusy and a little bit ridiculous.
Rivington Brewing Co.: Horror, Hops and Heavenly Dark Beer
Rivington Brewing Co. brings a different sort of Halloween energy to the party: big flavours, cult-horror nods and beers that are as bold as a last-minute costume decision.

Evil Dead II 2026
A collaboration with Chain House, Evil Dead II 2026 is a double IPA worthy of its horror credentials. Hopped with Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin, it bursts with passionfruit and pineapple before moving into white grape, gooseberry, peach and citrus.
At 8%, this is a big, juicy DIPA with a soft finish - but don’t let that softness fool you. It is packed with hop character and has enough tropical intensity to make you forget it’s raining sideways outside.
This is one for the hop heads, the “I’ll just have a half” optimists, and anyone who wants a beer with more fruit character than the average trick-or-treat bucket. Pair it with salty snacks, horror films or a strong commitment to not answering work emails after 8pm.

Army or Darkness 2026
Some Halloween beers are playful. Army or Darkness is here to turn the lights down and bring dessert.
Created with Orchestrated Minds from Fort Lauderdale, this s’mores-inspired imperial stout layers chocolate, marshmallow, biscuit and vanilla into one rich, decadent pour. At 10%, it is the beer equivalent of wrapping yourself in a blanket beside a bonfire—if that blanket happened to be made of chocolate and had a surprisingly powerful kick.
There is no need to overthink food pairings here: this is the dessert. Pour it into your fanciest glass, put on something suitably atmospheric, and take your time with it. This is a beer for the final act of the evening, when the snacks are dwindling and the group chat has started debating whether the scary film was actually scary.

The Evil Dead 2026
Last, but certainly not least, The Evil Dead 2026 brings a very different kind of fruit monster to the table. Brewed with Glass Pyramid in Helsinki, this mango and raspberry smoothie sour contains more than 1,200kg of mango and raspberries.
The result is thick, juicy and gloriously fruity: ripe mango sweetness meets tangy raspberry for a bright, smoothie-like sour that feels made for Halloween parties. At 5%, it is dangerously drinkable and an ideal choice for anyone who wants all the big flavour without stepping straight into imperial-stout territory.
It’s colourful, refreshing and proof that horror can be deliciously tropical. One sip and you may find yourself wondering why every spooky season doesn’t involve more mango.
Build Your Halloween Beer Line-Up
There is no wrong way to tackle this collection. Start with the crisp, citrusy Gose Bumps 2, move on to the fruity richness of The Evil Dead 2026, then save All Things Nice or Army or Darkness for dessert. Or throw all sense of order out of the window and choose based solely on which can best matches your Halloween outfit.
The only truly frightening thing? Missing out while they’re still lurking in stock.
From sharp and sour to sweet and stouty, these six beers offer a Halloween line-up far more exciting than another bag of miniature chocolates. Explore the full collection, pick your poison and make this spooky season a properly tasty one. You can view our collection of Halloween beers here.
