To celebrate eight years of pushing boundaries, we've revisited the Vault City archives and reimagined eight beers from 2018 to 2025, each with a brand-new twist.
This is Vault City’s mixed fermentation base beer, the foundation of every sour we’ve brewed since 2018. Showcasing our unique house mixed culture of lactobacillus and saccharomyces, delivering a refreshing tartness with layers of fruity esters and a zingy sherbet finish. A light dry-hop of Cashmere and Bramling Cross complements the tartness with subtle hop character. This is where your journey into modern sour beer begins.
