A clear, reddish-brown ale with a spicy aroma of biscuits, gingerbread, and caramel, but also slightly fruity; ripe apples, red fruit, dried fruit, and a hint of sourness. High-fermentation, with secondary fermentation in the bottle, unfiltered, and unpasteurised.
