Brew By Numbers – Bermondsey, London

Having just celebrated their 10th birthday, Brew By Numbers are now recognised as one of London’s leading craft breweries.  Celebrating real diversity in styles, they are known for their wide range of beer, from stouts and saisons to lagers and IPAs.

11|Session IPA - 10th Birthday Edition – SIPA – 4.2%

Hopped with fresh-frozen Cryo hops, this SIPA is intensely flavoured yet sessionable.

21|Pale Ale - 10th Birthday Edition – American Pale – 5.0%

A classically styled American Pale, with a citrussy bite backed up by a biscuity malt base.

55|Double IPA - 10th Birthday Edition – DIPA – 8.0%

Brewed with Cloudwater, this is a big, hazy, tropical IPA with just a hint of bitterness.

21|Pale Ale - Grapefruit – Fruited Pale – 5.0%

Spiked with grapefruit, this is a super-crushable juicy pale.


Buxton Brewery - Buxton

A legendary name in the Northern beer scene, Buxton opened their doors in 2009 and since then have continued to build a reputation for exceptionally well made, forward-thinking beers that are still firmly rooted in tradition.

LupulusX Styrian Wolf – IPA – 5.4%

Part of Buxton’s single-hop IPA series, this utilises Styrian Wolf hops so expect flavours of lemon, mango and lemongrass.

LupulusX Styrian Dragon – IPA – 5.4%

Another single-hop IPA, this time with Styrian Dragon, bringing a more tropical vibe with flavours of passionfruit and melon.

Girl From Mars – NEIPA – 4.8%

Brewed using British hops from Charles Faram, expect big peach and apricot flavours next to citrus punch.

Gatekeeper – Porter – 4.1%

Rich, smooth and complex, this porter has a deserving spot in Buxton’s core range.


Bianca Road – Bermondsey, London

Operating since 2016, Bianca Road are possibly better known as the “party brewery” to those doing the Bermondsey Beer Mile, but in reality have developed into an accomplished, sustainable brewery putting out some great beers.

Hay-Z – New England Pale – 5.5%

A wonderfully soft NEPA with citrus aplenty from Citra and Ekuanot dry-hopping.

Game Over – West Coast IPA – 6.0%

Brewed in collaboration with Elusive, expect a big pine and citrus West-Coast hit.

Hottest On Record – Saison – 4.8%

Brewed during last summer’s heat wave, this saison packs a peppery punch with lashings of orange peel aroma.

Tangerine Machine – Fruited IPA – 4.5%

A light, sessionable IPA spiked with blood orange for a ramped-up citrus flavour.

Exale – Walthamstow, London

Established in 2019 in East London, Exale have quickly become known for their balanced, bold and full-flavoured core beers.  They also specialise in funky, mixed-fermentation beers and have recently opened their first pub, The Three Colts, in Bethnal Green.

Skoosh – SIPA – 4.2%

Hopped Mosaic and Citra, this SIPA is packed with tropical hop aroma.

Dinky – Micro IPA – 2.8%

This ultra-modern “Micro IPA” is a table beer hopped like a NEIPA, resulting in an incredibly flavoursome, sessionable beer.

Oona – NEIPA – 5.8%

A soft, pillowy NEIPA with a generous New-World dry-hop.

Choose Peace – Saison – 4.8%

A wildflower honey Saison, brewed to benefit the Choose Love Ukraine fundraising appeal.


Missing Link – Haywards Heath, Sussex

A micro-brewery from Sussex, Missing Link are based on a 360-acre farm and strive for sustainability, investing in re-wilding, solar panels and re-using their waste yeast and hops as fertiliser.  They brew a great range of beers, from Belgian Witbier to NEIPA, and are garnering great Untappd scores as they do it!

Marmoset – NEPA – 3.8%

A light, sessionable New England Pale hopped with Idaho Gem, El Dorado and Citra for candied sweets, stone fruit and watermelon aromas.

Bonobo – NEPA – 4.6%

A sturdier Pale, having amped up the strength a little, with old favourites Mosaic and Citra backed up by Azacca for a tropical juice-fest.

Howler – New Zealand Pilsner – 5.0%

A trio of NZ hops – Nelson, Riwaka and Motueka give this rich Pilsner lots of sharp, tart fruit flavour.

Langur – Witbier – 4.7%

A light and citrussy Belgian Witbier brewed with torrified wheat and oats for a fluffy body.


Firebrand – Launceston, Cornwall

Beginning life in a converted milking parlour on Bodmin Moor in 2012, Firebrand have now upped sticks to nearby Launceston.  They have been brewing hoppy, sessionable beers and supplying the South West with them for a good number of years now.

Patchwork Rocket – Pale Ale – 4.2%

Hopped with Apollo and Mosaic, this pale is full of peachy, melon flavours on a biscuity malt base.

Graffiti – IPA – 5.0%

This lower-strength IPA is packed with old-school US hops for a big piney, citrussy hit.

West Coast Session IPA – West Coast SIPA – 4.5%

This orange-hued SIPA is packed with clean, bitter West Coast hop flavours..

Thundercloud – NEIPA – 5.5%

A light, fluffy NEIPA with plenty of oats for body and a generous Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot dry-hop.

Otherworld – Midlothian, Scotland

The enigmatic Otherworld Brewing have been in operation since 2010, brewing all manner of beer styles from smoked lagers to Leipzig-style traditional gose.

Cryo IPA – NEIPA – 7.3%

Hopped Cryo-Pop, Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic and Sabro, this NEIPA is packed with punchy tropical hop aromas on a soft, pillowy body.

Grapefruit & Talus Hazy Pale – NEPA – 4.2%

A full-bodied, juicy, and piney pale packed with Talus and grapefruit for even more citrus flavour.

Oaxaca Chilli Porter – Porter – 5.5%

A robust, fruity porter spiked with Oaxacan Pasilla chilli for a smoky, spicy hit.

Leipzig Gose Grapefruit – Gose – 4.2%

A traditional Leipzig-style gose with the addition of fresh grapefruit.


Docker – Canterbury

Starting in a shipping container in Folkestone harbour, Docker have grown into a thriving brewery and supllier across Kent and the southeast.  Focussing on making high-quality beer with a modern edge, they are continually tweaking and modifying their recipes to suit drinkers’ needs.

School Night – Table Beer – 2.5%

A very light and sessionable table beer made with Cryo-Pop and Cascade.

DFL – American Pale Ale – 5.0%

A dank, hazy American Pale hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade.

Flatten The Curve – IPA – 6.2%

A hazy IPA showcasing UK hop Emperor, both in whirlpool and dry-hop.

Dark Matter – Oatmeal Stout – 5.0%

A rich, creamy stout brewed with oats for body, and bittered with local hops.


Two Tribes – King’s Cross, London

Founded in 2017 by figures in the 90s London Club scene, Two Tribes champions creativity and regularly puts on CAMPFIRE nights, where music, food and beer come together.  Events like these along with great beer have earned them a following in the capital and beyond.

Metroland – Session IPA – 3.8%

A tropical, light-bodied SIPA hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo.  Expect orange peel and tropical papaya.

Metroland New York City – Session IPA – 4.2%

Session IPA with big, bold mango and citrus flavours.

Metroland Tokyo – Session IPA – 4.0%

Brewed with rice for dryness, this SIPA is full of citrus and pineapple flavour.

Coal Drops – Porter – 4.0%

A spicy, earthy, robust porter, inspired by an old London Porter recipe.

Track – Manchester

Since last appearing in Beer Club, Track have gone on to become a real powerhouse in the UK Beer scene, opening their massive new brewery and taproom at Piccadilly, and consistently churning out top, top quality beer.

Hear It Again – NZPA – 4.5%

A soft, clean and zippy pale with a generous dry-hop of Citra, Nelson and Rakau.

No Sleep, No Dream – NEPA – 5.3%

A full-bodied, Sabro-heavy pale, with all that fantastic coconut and lime aroma.

Luna – Pilsner – 5.0%

Cold conditioned, using an acidified mash and hopped with Nelson and Hallertau Blanc, this is a properly crisp and refreshing pilsner.

Tuya – Table Beer – 3.0%

A grassy, lemony and tropical table beer, perfect for sunnier evenings!


Dark Revolution – Salisbury

Founded by Greg Hughes, author of bestselling home-brew book, “Home Brew Beer”, in 2015 and are now one of the big names in beer in the West Country.  Placing an emphasis on ingredients, they brew fantastically drinkable beer in a variety of styles.

Orbital – Pale Ale – 3.5%

Juicy, light and sessionable pale ale with plenty of Mosaic, Citra and Vic Secret.

SoLA – West Coast Pale Ale – 4.5%

A crisp, refreshing West Coast-style pale with plenty of piney bitterness.

Velveteen – Milk Stout – 4.8% CONTAINS LACTOSE

A wonderfully creamy, rich Milk Stout infused with cacao nibs.

Discotec – NEIPA – 6.3%

A juicy, thick and full-bodied New England IPA, with bags of Citra and Mosaic in the dry-hop..


Yorkshire Dales – Askrigg, Wensleydale

Founded over 15 years ago, Yorkshire Dales have previously been known for their traditional cask ales and darker beers, but recently branched out to try their hand at more modern styles, to great acclaim.

Seattle Shake – Milk Stout – 6.6% CONTAINS LACTOSE

A silky smooth milk stout brewed with Crisp Maltings’ coffee malt.

Acid House – Berliner Weisse – 4.0%

Zingy, tart Berliner brewed with lemon and lime.

Vermont Trail – NEIPA – 7.0%

Bold, brash NEIPA brewed with Ekuanot. Expect big tropical flavours on a soft base.

King Pine – West Coast IPA – 6.9%

An all-out West Coast hop assault, with plenty of resinous pine and citrus.

Turning Point – Knaresborough, Yorkshire

Operating since 2017, and moved in 2019 from Kirby Moorside to Roosters’ old unit in Knaresborough.  Turning Point are fast becoming one of Yorkshire’s top craft breweries, consistently putting out fantastic IPAs, sours and stouts

Astral Voyage – Session NEIPA – 3.4%

A soft, full-bodied little session IPA, with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy bringing tropical aromas.

Magnificent Gestures – NEIPA – 6.5%

A proper juicebomb, using Verdant yeast, and a more than generous dry-hop of Citra, Ekuanot and Simcoe.

Howling At Clouds – Stout – 4.4%

A roasty, rich and chocolatey oatmeal stout with complex malt flavours and a smooth finish.

Virtue Is Lost– Fruited Sour – 5.3%

A guava, vanilla and cacao sour.  Yes, it sounds ridiculous, but it works!


Strange Times Brewery – Salford

An extremely young local brewery, having only opened it’s doors in early 2021, and focussing on a small range of meticulously handcrafted core beers.  The can art is provided by French artist Mina Mond, and evokes fascinating mythological imagery.

Memento Mori – IPA – 5.5%

An old-fashioned, strong, malty and hoppy English-style IPA.

Coyote – Pale Ale – 4.5%

A crisp, refreshing West Coast-style pale with a lovely dry finish.

Neo Kosmo – Blond – 4.1%

A crisp, refreshing blond with a lovely citrussy bite.

Mad King Sweeney – Irish Red Ale – 4.6%

A rarely seen style, the Irish Red uses rye and oats for a smooth, rich and refreshing red ale.


Moorhouse’s – Burnley 

A proper Lancashire institution, Moorhouse’s having been brewing truly great traditional beer in the shadow of Pendle Hill for over 150 years.  They recently launched their new “WitchCraft” range, which takes their brewing tradition and skill to the world of Craft Beer for the first time.

Demdike – Session IPA – 4.3%

A crisp, bitter Session IPA with plenty of tropical fruit flavour.

Curse Away – Pale Ale – 4.8%

A soft, hazy pale using oats for body and bags of tropical flavour from a Citra & Mosaic dry-hop.

Shapeshifter – IPA – 5.0%

A big, bitter IPA brewed with Blood Orange for citrus tang and juiciness.

Go Dark – Stout – 4.9%

A delicious dry stout, with the addition of cacao nibs for a rich chocolate flavour.

Full Circle Brew Co. - Newcastle

Newcastle’s Full Circle return to Beer Club this month.  Now firmly ensconced in their Hoults Yard location, they continue to brew some of the North-East’s best beers.

Pace Yourself – NZ Session IPA – 3.9% 

Hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, expect that typically Kiwi taste of lime and gooseberry.

Electric Wizard – Sour – 5.0%

Brewed in collaboration with Liverpool’s Black Lodge, this sour is hopped with Bru-1 to accentuate the fruitiness from the addition of pineapple and grapefruit.

Call Me Nighthawk – IPA – 6.0%

A soft, fruity and juicy IPA hopped with Galaxy, Citra, El Dorado and Trident.

Call Me Dragon – DIPA – 8.3%

The big (Step)brother to Call Me Nighthawk, a huge juicebomb full of tropical stonefruit and citrus.


Attic Brew Co. - Birmingham

Sine opening in 2018, Attic have firmly established themselves in Birmingham, and now are being spotted more and more further afield, helping to boost Birmingham’s reputation as a craft beer city.

Signals – IPA – 5.6%

A cracking little IPA, packed with apricot and grapefruit flavours, helped along by a little bitterness.

Low Blow – Table Beer – 3.0%

Brewed in collaboration with New Bristol, this Table Beer has plenty of citrus, berry and tropical flavour.

Brum-Do-Bust – IPA – 5.2%

Brewed for the opening of the Birmingham branch of Bundobust, this juicy, relatively sessionable IPA obviously goes perfectly with Indian food!

Cluster – Sour – 4.0%

A blackcurrant and redcurrant sour, perfect for the summer months..


Black Isle Brewery – Black Isle, Scottish Highlands

Starting in 1998, Black Isle have been brewing organic beer for 25 years now, and have just received their certified B Corp status, signalling their commitment to transparency and sustainability.

Organic Pale – Pale Ale – 4.1%

A lovely golden pale, brewed with lager and wheat malt, and hopped with Simcoe, Nelson and Citra.

Spider Monkey – IPA – 5.2%

Piney and resinous yet soft IPA, with pineapple and lime notes.

Hibernator – Stout – 7.0%

A wonderfully rich and complex oatmeal stout, featuring six different types of malt.

Scotch Ale – Wee Heavy – 6.8%

Triple Point – Sheffield

Triple Point return to Beer Club this month, and since their last appearance they have begun to focus more on a wider range of beer styles, from IPAs to Sours and Stouts.

Solo: El Dorado – Pale Ale – 3.8%

A single-hopped pale using El Dorado, so expect plenty of tropical fruit aroma.

Sundancer – Pale Ale – 4.4%

A hazy, soft and juicy pale with plenty of citrus bite.

Cryo – Pale Ale – 4.2%

A low-bitterness pale dry-hopped with Cryo Citra, Azacca and Cascade, with some Galaxy for tropical juice.

Catharina: Strawberry & Kalamansi – Fruited Sour – 4.5%

A Brazilian-style sour, made with fresh strawberry and kalamansi limes.


Kirkstall Brewery – Leeds

An institution in the UK Craft Beer scene, Kirkstall have been producing top-quality beers since 2011, and are based near Kirkstall Abbey, which itself has a long brewing history.

Eclipse – NEIPA – 5.5%

This soft, hazy IPA uses Australian Eclipse hops for a zesty, citrus-forward beer.

Providence – NE Pale Ale – 5.2%

A pillowy New England Pale, with plenty of Citra, Amarillo and Ekuanot.

Spokane – West Coast IPA – 6.0%

A bold, bitter, and piney West Coast IPA, with a lighter malt base and a clean, dry finish.

Sticky Toffee Stout – Pastry Stout – 6.0% (CONTAINS LACTOSE)

This Pastry Stout is obviously inspired by the classic dessert.  Sticky, sweet and rich.


WEST Brewery – Glasgow

Founded by Bavarian ex-pat Petra Wetzel, WEST are essentially a German brewery based in Glasgow.  Their main products are German-style lagers, brewed in strict adherence to the Rheinheitsgebot, the German Purity law.  They have, however (presumably to local demand) started to brew other styles such as pales, IPAs and stouts.

GPA – Pale Ale – 4.4%

A transatlantic pale, marrying US Chinook with German Mittelfrüh hops for a dry, refreshing pale.

G40 – Golden Ale – 4.2%

A malty but hoppy Golden Ale, with hints of tropical fruit.

Wild WEST – Kellerbier – 4.9%

An unfiltered lager, with plenty of body, bitterness and yeasty notes.

DRK – Dunkel – 4.9%

A sweet, spicy and complex Dunkel, with flavours of chocolate, coffee and walnut.

Siren Craft Brew – Berkshire

Siren have come a very long way indeed since lockdown – dramatically increasing both their range and brewing capacity, as well as adding their first pub, The George & Dragon in nearby Swallowfield.  Their beer, however, remains innovative, accomplished and extremely drinkable.

Lumina – Session IPA – 4.2%

Siren’s flagship session IPA, with juicy tropical notes on a light malt base.

Jouska – NEIPA – 4.7%

A hazy, soft and easy-going NEIPA with plenty of tropical mango and pineapple.

Mesmerist – Pale Ale – 3.4%

A wonderfully soft and crushable table pale, with a satisfying hop bite.

Calypso – Dry-Hopped Sour – 4.0%

An old favourite returns, this time in 440ml format.  Tangy, zippy and super refreshing.



Disruption Is Brewing – Camberley, Surrey

These Surrey-based brewers are making strides, having recently won SIBA’s Best Cask Pale UK award for their flagship beer, Chaos More Chaos.

Chaos More Chaos – NEPA – 5.0%

This award-winning NEPA is chock-full of Mosaic, Citra and Nelson for a really fruity, smooth beer.

Ghost Fiction – Extra Pale Ale – 5.5%

Hopped with Galaxy, Bru-1 and El Dorado and full of flaked oats, this is a wonderfully soft and hoppy XPA.

In My Stompabout Haze – DIPA – 8.0%

A big bruiser of a DIPA, full of citrus and stonefruit.

The Devil Wears Lager – Lager – 4.9%

A refreshing lager hopped with Tettnang and Huell Melon.



North – Leeds

Truly UK Craft Beer Royalty, the team behind North started North Bar in Leeds in 1997 – arguably the first craft beer bar in the UK.  They have since gone on to open a fantastic brewery, with a new taproom opening last year in Circle Square in Manchester.

Atlantis – Pale Ale – 4.1%

A delicious, easy-drinking Pale, with usual suspects Citra & Mosaic backed up with fruity Australian Galaxy.

Telstar – Pale Ale – 3.4%

Pillowy soft, with plenty of wheat in the mash bill and a generous dose of Citra and Mosaic for a super-sessionable pale.

North x Fullers – Sparkling Ale – 4.9%

Brewed in collaboration with legendary brewers Fullers, this is a bright, zesty and refreshing old-school-meets-new-school ale.

Full Fathom 5 – Porter – 6.5%

A silky, rich porter infused with toasted coconut and North Star Coffee.

Marble Beers – Salford

Marble make their return to Beer Club this month, and remain one of the iconic names in UK Craft Beer.  Beginning in 1997 in the back of the legendary Marble Arch pub, they have had a literal who’s who of North West brewers pass through and go on to make waves at some of the finest breweries in the UK.

Ancodia – Session IPA – 4.5%

Inspired by the dynamism of Ancoats, this SIPA is hopped with Melba, Sultana and BRU-1 for a beautifully tropical beer.

1847 – Pale Ale – 3.4%

A soft, fresh and fruity pale brewed in collaboration with the Vegetarian Society.

Late Summer Pints – Pale Ale – 3.9%

How to improve on a classic – a dry-hopped version of Pint, bursting with citrus and pine.

Lemon & Bergamot Witbier – Witbier – 5.1%

Brewed in collaboration with North Riding, this is a unique take on the classic Belgian style.


Burnt Mill – Ipswich

Set up in 2017 in a former dairy, Burnt Mill are a firm favourite here at The Epicurean, especially for their bracing, refreshing pales and IPAs.

Pintle – Pale Ale – 4.3%

A ridiculously drinkable Pale, Pintle is smooth, fruity and bitter in all the right places.

Stack Yard – NEPA – 3.8%

With a generous helping of wheat in the grist, this is a wonderfully soft and peachy NEPA.

Bitter Falls – West Coast Pale – 5.5%

A juicy, crisp and refreshing Pale Ale with plenty of citrus and pine.

Big Sur Moon – Porter – 4.2%

A rich porter with complex malts and cocoa husk to amp up the chocolate notes.


Jiddler’s Tipple – London

Founded in 2019 by keen homebrewer Jacob Liddle, Jiddler’s Tipple focus on making sessionable, vegan and gluten-free beers, each wrapped in a vintage shirt design.

Everyday Pale – Pale Ale – 3.8%

A delicious, well-balanced Pale, caramel malt sweetness cut with tropical citrus.

Another IPA – Session IPA – 3.8%

Plenty of pine and citrus in this SIPA, all on a well-structured malty backbone.

Bog Standard Lager – Vienna Lager – 3.8%

A toasty, malty lager with plenty of noble hop spice and a great snap.

Summer Chug Hazy Apricot IPA – Fruited SIPA– 3.8%

With plenty of oats and wheat, this Hazy IPA is full of lovely stonefruit flavours, both from the apricots used and the Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops.

Gravity Well – Leyton

Operating out of a Leyton railway arch since 2018, Gravity Well brew outstanding space-themed IPAs, Pales, Sours and Stouts.

Cosmic Dust – Session IPA – 3.8%

An easy-drinking, full-bodied SIPA dry hopped with Mosaic and Enigma.

Sight Glass Hyperion – Pale Ale – 4.0%

A soft and fluffy Pale Ale hopped with El Dorado and Citra.

Supercritical Fluid – NEIPA – 6.0%

A dank, juicy NEIPA with Strata, Citra and Riwaka.

Malinkovich Cycles – Sour – 4.0%

A tart, complex sour full to the brim with blackcurrants.


Hammerton – Islington

Formed in 2012 in Islington. Hammerton have won numerous awards for their innovative yet eminently drinkable beers, with something for everyone, from Milk Stouts to IPA’s, and even Gluten-Free and Low alcohol beers.

N7 – IPA – 5.2%

A fresh, bitter yet balanced IPA, with a mix of 7 different hops from both the US and New Zealand.

Tuned – NEPA – 4.1%

A soft, hazy and tropical Pale with notes of grapefruit, lemon and papaya.

Nguarua – New Zealand SIPA – 3.4%

Utilising a trio of NZ hops, this Session IPA is bursting with tangerine and pine.

Crunch – Milk Stout – 4.2% (CONTAINS LACTOSE)

A creamy peanut butter milk stout – sweet, nutty and rich.


Birmingham Brewing Company – Stirchley, Birmingham

Founded in Stirchley in 2016, Birmingham Brewing are fiercely proud of being one of the few craft breweries in Birmingham, and make beer for a wide range of tastes – so much so that all of their beers are Vegan and Gluten-Free!

Pale Brummie – Pale Ale – 4.0%

A well-balanced Pale, with a biscuity base complemented with Chinook and Simcoe citrus.

Gold Brummie – IPA – 5.5%

A resinous, piney IPA with plenty of citrus aroma.

Bitter Brummie – Bitter – 3.8%

Hopped with Centennial, this Bitter is wonderfully balanced with a touch of US hop character.

Stout Brummie – Nitro Stout– 3.8%

Brewed with oatmeal, and nitrogen-infused, this stout is creamy, roasty and smooth.  Pour Hard!

Blackjack – Manchester

Having recently just restarted canning beer, Manchester stalwart Blackjack’s beers are absolutely flying out here at the Epicurean, and they are quickly becoming one of Manchester’s most underrated breweries (in our opinion!).

Dancing Saloon – Pale Ale – 5.2%

A full-bodied, juicy pale hopped with Citra and Simcoe.

Irk Street Pale – Pale Ale – 3.8%

A fresh and simple pale, with a crisp malt base and clean, citrussy hop aroma.

Salvation! – Session IPA – 4.5%

A sessionable West-Coast style SIPA, with Comet and Galaxy for a nice stonefruit twist.

Pub Ale – Extra Special Bitter – 5.6%

Nothing beats an ESB on a cold winter’s evening, and this has all that welcome maltiness with a touch of hop bite.

Squalor – Schwarzbier – 5.0%

Brewed using amber, Munich and Carafa malt, this Dark Lager has big flavours of cold brew coffee and chocolate.


Carnival – Liverpool

Formed in Liverpool after a fundraising event at Clearview Carnival, Carnival Brewing have started to make a name for themselves both at home and further afield.  Inspired by a love of music, they brew a varied range of beers, from DIPAs to Imperial Stouts and everything in between.

Carmen – Pale Ale – 4.0%

Hopped liberally with Mosaic from start to finish on a pillowy base for maximum juiciness.

We Are Diamonds – NEIPA – 6.1%

A hazy, orange-hued tropical fruit-bomb, hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Ekuanot.

Richie’s Homebrew – DDH Pale Ale – 5.0%

Brewed for Baltic Market burger joint Richie's, this is a mighty little pale, double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo & Citra.

Jet – Imperial Stout – 11.0%

A thick, inky and oily Imperial Stout with bags of robust malt character and complexity.


Brighton Bier – Brighton 

Established as Brighton’s first craft beer brewery in 2012, Brighton Bier have won a host of awards over the years and now boast two fantastic pubs in the city where you can enjoy their great beer.

Freshman – Session NEIPA – 4.5%

A hazy, Vermont inspired session NEIPA with low bitterness, juicy hop aroma and plenty of body.

Brighton Bier – Pale Ale – 4.0%

A light, citrussy pale hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Chinook.

Brighton Pilsner – Lager – 4.5%

A classic style Pilsner, using Czech Saaz and US Stirling hops.

Chapter Brewing – Sutton Weaver, Cheshire

Chapter make their return to Beer Club this month, and since their last appearance have undergone a rebrand.  They continue to make fantastic beer, with can art from local artist Boneface and reading suggestions on every can.

Unconsenting Soul – Session IPA – 4.2%

A full-bodied, sessionable IPA brewed with Mosaic, Comet & Citra.

Psmith – IPA – 6.0%

A bold, bitter IPA hopped with Mosaic and Citra.

Light – Fruited Session Pale – 3.3%

A fruity, refreshing pale with added honeydew melon.

Water Does – Red IPA – 5.5%

Brewed in collaboration with Neptune, with complex malt and hop bills for a bitter, malty experience.


Brew York – York

Another returnee to Beer Club this month are craft beer heavyweights Brew York.  They have gone from strength to strength this year, continuing to churn fantastic beer across a multitude of strengths and styles.

Beluga – Extra Pale Ale – 4.0%

A bright and crisp XPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Cascade.

Time Travelling Taxi – DDH Pale – 5.4%

A creamy, soft and juicy DDH Pale with plenty of oats in the grist and a hop bill featuring Loral, CTZ and Citra.

Big Eagle – West Coast IPA – 6.4%

A big, old-school, award-winning Westie with loads of upfront pine and citrus.

Tonkoko – Milk Stout – 4.3% (CONTAINS LACTOSE)

A rich, creamy stout with tonka, cacao nibs, toasted coconut and vanilla.


Bullhouse Brew Co. – Belfast

Starting in March 2016 as the brainchild of Craft Beer enthusiast Willy Mayne, Bullhouse slowly made progress in the burgeoning Northern Irish Craft Beer scene.  Moving into a huge, 6000sq ft unit in South Belfast in 2020, the brewery opened Belfast’s first permanent taproom in 2022 and since have spread their wings far and wide, despite existing in the most restrictive beer market in Europe.

Dubfast – Session NEIPA – 4.5%

Brewed in collaboration with Dublin’s Rascals Brewing, a soft, hazy SIPA showcasing Idaho Gem hops.

Road Trippin’ – Extra Pale Ale – 4.0%

A single hop Citra XPA, with oats and wheat for a soft, pillowy texture.

Budgie Smuggler – Sour Pale – 4.5%

A tart, sour pale featuring Citra.

El Capitan – Export Stout– 7.5%

Bullhouse’s first ever commercial brew – a rich, complex and roasty export stout.
