Finisterrae represents our personal interpretation of the classic Bavarian beer at Birrificio Italiano. Straw-yellow in color, with a creamy, persistent white head, this pale, top-fermented craft beer is brewed with 50% wheat malt. On the nose, it's fresh and spicy, with herbaceous notes of hops and exotic fruit. On the palate, an initial sweetness is followed by a pronounced acidity and a subtly bitter finish.
