A keeved, varietal blend from the Pays d’Auge appellation of Northern France. Unlike many a Normandy brut, there’s nothing farmy on the nose, instead, think bright herbal notes.
With a fine balance of acid and residual sugar, Parcimonie pairs wonderfully with fatty local cheeses - Camembert, most famously.
