An initiatory vintage as an exploration into the true nature of the pear.
A bright, taut perry from seven varieties of Domfrontais pear, predominantly Plant de Blanc. Lively pét-nat bubbles and low residual sugars lend a profile similar to sparkling, dry white wine.
With saline notes, it pairs particularly well with fish or seafood; perfect for a plateau de fruits de mer.
